Anaplan seeks an experienced Talent Development Program Manager who will sit within the HR Leadership and Organization Development (L&OD) function. This role will partner with HR and internal leaders to design/implement organization and talent solutions that will scale across the globe. Your Impact- Lead and manage work related to talent and OD that builds internal capacity for Anaplan to meet future growth requirements
- This work includes Leadership & Talent Planning, Culture Surveys, Capability Definition, 360 Assessment, Program/Project Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience and Engagement
- Work with multiple stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and the business to design and enable organization and talent solutions that scale globally to support business growth
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results, including partner management, workshop facilitation, and project/program management
- Focus on global scalability of all programs and solutions and audit/measure efficiency of programs owned and continuous improvement efforts
- Build and evolve talent practices that will require your creativity, innovation, flexibility, and strong collaboration skills
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience related to the following areas: Organization Change Management, Leadership & Talent Planning, Assessment and Development, Competency Definition, Performance Management, and Employee Experience
- Previous experience in HR Organization Development and/or Talent Management function
- Ability to scale Organization Change and Talent practices with strong business and HR partnerships
- Ability to analyze and synthesize sophisticated data to derive concrete insights to frame problems/solutions
- Strong judgment and communication skills
- A bias for action and ability to drive work to completion
- Able to work in a matrix environment where priorities may change quickly
- Capacity to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
- Strong program and project management skills
- Travel as necessary but expect minimal travel in the foreseeable future
- BA/BS, with Masterโs degree in related field a plus
