Job Description

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is looking for a Talent Development Program Manager to join the People Operations team to support the ongoing development and engagement of our employees. We’re looking for a skilled program manager to work in close collaboration with our People Partner and Learning & Development (L&D) teams to manage various talent development programs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with L&D to help design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs that will enhance the skills and capabilities of our managers and executives.
  • Support the L&D team in conducting needs assessments to identify development needs and provide recommendations to address these areas.
  • Serve as a Program Manager for quarterly performance reviews, including rolling out a new performance review tool and updating review templates. Work with People Partners to create and execute training and documentation as needed. 
  • Support career development by designing and implementing programs that foster growth, learning, and advancement opportunities.
  • Program manage the annual engagement survey, analyze results, and create action plans to address areas for improvement.
  • Conduct research on best practices in talent development and provide recommendations to optimize our programs.
  • Partner closely with teams across People Operations to ensure successful completion of talent development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, etc.).
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development and program management, preferably in a tech organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to different audiences and stakeholders.
  • Independent self-starter with a flexible and innovative approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Experience in cross-team project management and collaboration.

Annual base salary range of $150,000 to $200,000. Pay (base and bonus) may vary depending on job-related skills and experience. A sign-on and discretionary performance bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to company-paid medical and/or other benefits.
