Responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

  • Reports to the Manager of Culture, Diversity & Talent Development.
  • Supports L&D programs including leadership workshops, high-potential development, instructor led in-person and virtual courses, competency assessments, and needs analysis.
  • Incorporate the principles of adult learning and learning styles into training material.
  • Assist with logistics and administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Work closely with Manager and other business leaders to determine D&I needs and initiatives.
  • Facilitate instructor led in-person and virtual frontline leader courses as deemed necessary by Manager.
  • Create and deliver presentations as deemed necessary by Manager.
  • Develops CDI learning journeys and initiatives.
  • Partners with business units to assist in Diversity Champion strategies and communications.
  • Assist in developing project plans, identifying milestones, and tracking D&I progress.

Need Analysis & Development Planning

  • Partners with external vendor to ensure proper configuration of program (accurate description of competencies, system issues, updates, etc.), perform routine audits, and updates.
  • Collaborate with leaders regarding assessment requests and needs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and debrief assessment results to ensure understanding and determine developmental needs.
  • Serve as a consultant to leaders regarding training & developmental needs, and skill/competency gaps to create development plans to improve or enhance performance.
  • Partners with peer specialists to identify available learning assets to align with individual learning needs.
  • Partners with leaders, business partners, and managers to identify learning needs related to leadership development, performance management, and D&I.
  • Conducts internal/external research and uses sound judgment and business understanding to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Participate in other projects as needed by Manager.

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Degree or certification in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related field or a minimum of 4 years' experience developing adult curriculum and experience with organizational development.
  • Working experience with Performance Management and Development Planning tools.
  • Experience managing programs in SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, active listening, and interactive communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and, collaboratively on a team.
  • The ideal candidate uses emotional intelligence to makes sound decisions and has a strong drive for results.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • This individual must have outstanding presentation and facilitation skills and is comfortable in a classroom setting managing dialogue and class expectations.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Suite and authoring tools.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Ability to travel to deliver training (average 25%).
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States.

Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
