We are looking for an experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our growing ​Talent Development​ team. If you are excited by technology that collects and evaluates tens of billions of events each day and all whilst making a difference to the development of our internal teams and the education of our clients, then this role is for you!

The Role:

As a Talent Development Specialist on our Talent Development team, you’ll have the opportunity to greatly expand your knowledge of media quality technologies,Talent Development systems, processes and programs as you collaborate with the Talent Development team and build relationships with key stakeholders from across the organization. You’ll be creating high quality and engaging learning experiences via our systems and programs.  Your work will strongly impact the company-wide mission of continuous learning and development for individuals, both internally and externally.

Working alongside the Talent Development Director, you’ll have the opportunity to own, create and expand development initiatives, including, but not limited to: 

New Hire Onboarding:

  • Supporting in presenting new hire content, globally
  • Ensuring accurate coordination and management of new hire sessions, including our R&D Tech Liftoff program
  • Engaging and supporting new hire questions to ensure a smooth settling in phase. 
  • Reviewing new hire feedback and creating action plans to address areas of opportunity.
  • Working with the Talent Development Director to improve processes to enhance new hire experience.

Content:

  • Maintaining our external training platform, Skilljar and supporting the Talent Development Director with expanding our usage
  • Coordinate our live training sessions for agencies, working alongside our Agency Development team. 
  • Working alongside the Talent Development Director, enhance our external learning program to create new content and drive engagement of learners.
  • Owning a content map with our team to identify content across our department and modality. 
  • Review existing learning materials and presentations to provide content maintenance as needed.
  • Support in building and facilitating our monthly global Fuel Sessions to educate our global audience on a wide variety of topics.

R&D Tech LiftOff Program

  • Enhance our R&D Tech LiftOff program, auditing materials and building out processes and content.
  • Owning maintenance and evolution of program to ensure we can offer our R&D hires a robust, in depth and comprehensive onboarding program

People Manager Development

  • Support the Talent Development Director with coordinating our People Development Programs.

You should apply if you have m​ost​ of this:

  • 2+ years of Learning & Development experience
  • Project management experience; familiar with content design lifecycle; experience in engaging stakeholders in learning projects
  • Experience in leading projects and programs, with results-driven outcomes.
  • Experience with video editing software such as Camtasia (bonus but not required, training will be provided) 
  • Experience with SCORM file creation or LMS content build-out (bonus but not required, training will be provided). 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner, relate to audiences, and captivate attention.
  • System experience, such as Skilljar and Cornerstone (bonus, but not required - training will be provided)
  • Excel and reporting skills to analyse and process data.
  • Proactive, motivated individual, who can work independently, handle multiple assignments and with strong attention to detail. 
  • Languages are a bonus but not required.

New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $46,000 - $79,000 actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
