Job Summary

As a Talent Enablement Specialist within the Executive Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization develops and maintains a strong and diverse leadership pipeline. You will partner closely with the Director of Executive Enablement, HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to create an environment that supports the growth and retention of this critical talent to drive NetApp's success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and refining key talent processes, such as talent reviews, succession and development planning that incorporate best practice and enhance the employee experience.

2. Introducing and/or enhancing talent management systems and tools and partnering with the HR Systems team and vendors to implement and customize talent management software.

3. Developing training and enablement for HR Business Partners and leaders on talent processes and tools and ensure all stakeholders are proficient in using the relevant systems.

4. Leveraging data analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent processes, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to drive continuous improvement.

5. Partner with HR Business Partners, managers, and other teams to understand talent system and process needs and provide guidance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

6. Stay informed of laws and regulations related to talent management and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.

The preference is that this individual be located near the Research Triangle Park (RTP) NC area.

Job Requirements• Proven experience in talent management and/or HR operations.• Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and talent management software.• Strong analytical skills and exhibited ability to interpret data and drive improvement.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education

  • A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience is required.
  • Applicable education, certifications, and/or training are advantageous, but not mandatory.

USA and Canada Residents Only:

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $125,000-$170,000. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
