Job Title:

Talent Engagement Associate

Job Description:

The Talent Engagement Associate contributes to positive candidate and employee experiences and helps ensure the overall success of the Talent Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover the next generation of Allison talent and help build and deliver an internship program that they can't stop telling their friends about!
• Help craft our future employee value proposition while curating our history of success.
• Uncover information about talent acquisition, learning, performance, and leadership planning - then help the team use it to tell our story.
• Build and maintain communications.
• Pitch in where needed to help talent partners succeed.

Key Performance Measures:

• Strong working relationships within the talent team and across HR
• A reputation for enthusiastic participation and dependable delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, management, education, communications or related field. Equivalent experience or a mix of education and experience would be just fine.

Experience:

• Internship or equivalent experience in recruiting (or other people-centric business functions) would be ideal.

Competencies and Behaviors:

• Upbeat, customer service oriented, and inclined to action.
• Proven experience in fast-paced environments where prioritization of multiple tasks is important.
• Well organized but flexible in approach and comfortable with change.
• Clear and effective communicator.
• Office software power user.
• Great teammate.

Travel: Generally limited but during intern season could amount to up to 20%, or occasional other site visits.
