Talent Experience Manager

Who You Are:
The Talent Experience Manager has experience in talent, operations, or office management roles with a focus on creating a welcoming and dynamic experience for our people. You have proven success managing the day to day of an office environment, planning in-office and external events, managing employee appreciation and recognition and generally supporting the overall well being of our employees. You are able to work on multiple projects and priorities in order to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
This role is part of the Talent Relations team, and will partner with company and department leadership as well as our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team and Culture Club to ensure we are creating an engaging and inclusive experience for each and every one of our people. You will:  

• Maintain strategic oversight of all aspects of our in office environment in NY and Nashville, including managing the relationship with the Omnicom office services team.
• Manage office admins in both our offices, ensuring they have support and guidance on tasks day to day. 
• Be the connecting point between our Nashville and New York offices to ensure the experience is consistent between the two. 
• Own the planning and budget for company wide events, including our Summer Parties and Holiday Parties.
• Assist with planning in-office events such as Bring your Kid to Work Day and Employee Appreciation Day.
• Partner with our DEI team and ERGs to support any ongoing initiatives and events.
• Facilitate our employee recognition efforts, including Pirate of the Month and Employee Anniversaries.
• Maintain ongoing and effective communication to all employees about events, celebrations, and employee achievements.
• Champion and strengthen an equitable and inclusive work environment.

Location:
Given the nature of Talent team and the client(s) assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City.
The annual salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
