Talent Generalist
Job Description

There is so much variety in this hands-on role, you will take frontline responsibility for:
- Benefits and general HR related questions
- Ensuring & maintaining data structure & integrity in the ADP HRIS onboarding module & job boards utilized by the agency through routine audits. Daily maintenance of the HRIS system: processes new hires, employee/employment changes, information & terminations
- Coordinating efforts between the Finance department and the Talent Team to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data
- Implementing, maintaining, and operating ADP modules as needed: Benefits, HR, Talent
- Requested reports, report writing, and generation
- Supporting staff and employees with ADP self-service training, assistance, and inquiriesÂ
- Creating and maintaining digital employee personnel files
 RECRUITMENT
- Posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating and scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate recordkeeping in ADP and candidate tracker in Asana. May help with reference checking.
- Support the Director of Talent & Operations to facilitate the hiring process with hiring managers/team
- Research and track recruitment sources for a diverse pool of talent. Monitor results and analytics to make ongoing changes to the recruitment activity
ADMINISTRATION
- Serve as the Talent team’s IT liaison to assist with implementing and operating technology projects, digital resources, and the company organization chart.
- Facilitate monthly birthday and work anniversary announcements at Heads Up staff meetings with the Director of Employee Engagement
- Support the Talent Team as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
A minimum of two years maintaining office operations, recruiting systems & performing all administrative HR activities
Proficient in Google Workspace and HRIS systems
Experience with Asana a plusÂ
Exercise a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Working knowledge and understanding of federal and state laws related to HR preferred
Outstanding interpersonal skills; must display patience, listening skills, and helpfulness at all times to be a front-line contact for employee issues and concerns
Highly adaptable to changing priorities and can adeptly pivot to meet emerging needs in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and strong attention to detail
Diagnose issues early and follow through until resolution
