What you will do

As a Talent Management Analyst on our team, you will:

• Assist with all Talent Management activities, including but not limited to, performance management, mentorship programs, learning and development, coaching, and more
• Assist with execution, data management, and vendor support for key performance management processes such as goal setting, feedback collection, and performance reviews 
• Coordinate training sessions, managing all logistical details
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures as it relates to Talent Management processes
• Support other strategic projects within Talent Management
• Act as partner to Human Resources team members globally regarding Talent Management activities

The annual base salary range is $90,000-$115,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
