What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Serve as an analyst for Talent Acquisition processes, programs and systems
  • Coordinate with TM & HR team members globally to plan and execute initiatives and projects of all sizes, including the development of scope, timeline, tasks, dependencies and user acceptance testing
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Senior Management, HR functional areas, IT, Legal and outside third-party vendors
  • Work with business leaders to research, identify and scope areas of opportunity to create and implement process improvements and program initiatives - to include developing value propositions through data and bench marking
  • Document standard process flows, user guides, training material and work instructions related to new processes and procedures

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1 year of Human Resources experience

It'd be great if you also have:

  • 2 - 4 years of Talent Acquisition or Talent Management experience
  • Experience supporting programs or projects within an HR organization
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management systems or preemployment assessments
  • Experience with employee engagement or DEI initiatives
  • Experience interpreting data to create leadership presentations
