Job purpose – The incumbent will support with key talent initiatives as part of maternity leave coverage for the Head of Talent & OD. This role will partner closely with senior HRBPs, the Talent & OD Specialist and other team stakeholders to develop frameworks, guidance and processes supporting implementation of CLS’s new job architecture.

Job Responsibilities

  • Finalize process and guidance for new Promotions process, including assessment approach for leadership assessments
  • Support with build out of guidance and roll out of Talent Reviews
  • Support with process definition/talent input towards BAU impacts of new Job Architecture (e.g. joiner/mover processes, reward governance, JD management, etc.)
  • Support with any skills assessment work undertaken by the business, including but not limited to – support with skills design, assessment framework, etc.
  • Support with review and enhancement of Performance Management process

Knowledge, skills and abilities - competencies required for successful job performance

Knowledge of key talent management & OD models and industry trends, with a specific focus on change management and job architecture

Excellent writing and presentation development skills

Strong presentation skills

Qualifications / certifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent and OD or related fields, with progressive responsibilities
  • Experience designing and implementing Job Architecture
  • Experience developing talent programs and related guidance, including: promotions, talent reviews, skills assessment, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, History, or other related fields.
