Talent Management Director- Leadership Effectiveness (Remote Eligible)
Job Description
The TDM Director - Leadership Effectiveness is responsible for driving the firm's global leadership development strategy for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Owners, and respective Talent pipelines. This will involve collaborating with key stakeholders and other Talent functions to lead, guide, and manage the design, delivery, and measurement of capabilities and learning solutions for leadership roles and respective talent pipelines across the firm.

Essential Duties:
Leadership Strategy:
Direct the creation of leadership development strategy and programs that align with strategic imperatives to develop management capabilities throughout the firm.
- Identify and measure leadership skills and capabilities using data, insights and assessments to identify areas of development
- Direct and manage core curriculum and learning opportunities to address needed areas of development
- Aligns learning, coaching, professional development and experiential assignments and programs to strengthen leadership skills
Owner
- Direct and manage succession planning processes to prepare and increase the readiness of talent for key roles
- Create and manage individual and group programs for focused development to increase performance of current Owners and develop future Owners
- Direct and manage owner talent lifecycle and experience including: Planning, readiness and selection, performance assessment, on-boarding (Director and new owner)
Executive Leadership Team Development
- Identifies and executes strategies to provide development to executive leadership team, including onboarding and transitions
- Collaboration across the Talent team, especially with Talent Business Advisors and Talent Coaching team to deliver services aligned with business need and drive a great talent experience
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree required in related field of study, or equivalent work experience
- Master's or advanced degree preferred in Human Resources, Industrial / Organizational Psychology or other related field
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS:
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic business priorities into learning and development solutions
- Strong program management skills
- Ability to consult, advise, and influence executive-level audiences. Strong comfort level with providing transparent, constructive development feedback and coaching
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing owner or executive leadership programs for large organizations required, or relevant business experience.
- Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership teams and/or executive coaching required
- Experience with partnerships and professional services preferred
LEADERSHIP:
- Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy during the process of educating, mentoring, and coaching leaders (required)
- Ability to lead, impact, and influence change in a complex matrixed environment (required)

Compensation Range: $116,600 - $223,100
