SUMMARY

The role will manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of talent management initiatives in support of our thriving, One Ansys culture. This opportunity is for someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment with a company that is making a major impact globally.

Ideal candidate is a strong HR program manager with a passion for collaborating with smart people to shape a culture where all employees thrive and grow. The role will drive visible, impactful projects designed to foster our high-performing, One Ansys culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and manage programs that foster a high-performance, innovative workplace culture.
  • Lead full-cycle initiatives in areas of talent management.
  • Leverage HRIS, LMS, and other technologies to maximize the employee experience.
  • Evaluate and select vendor partners, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor-delivered programs; roll out tools, certifications, and content to global audiences.
  • Identify best ways to define, implement and iterate on metrics to measure programs and processes; implement continuous improvement efforts based on data, and manage reporting.
  • Identify, prioritize, and drive improvements around performance, learning, leadership development, culture, and DEIB efforts.
  • Help tell our story to employees, candidates, customers, and investors through contributions to annual publications, careers pages, CR and culture reports, blogs, and social media.
  • Create standardized and scalable processes to ensure sustainable talent management and learning and development solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or related field with 5 + years of experience and 5 + years of program management experience in HR.
  • Understanding of emerging talent management/M&A topics within complex business settings.
  • Familiarity with federal and state laws pertaining to EEO/AA and disability discrimination issues.
  • Strong project management experience with ability to drive multiple competing projects on time and on budget.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence without authority; able to interact at all levels on sensitive topics.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. High EQ and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong cross-cultural competence: ability to work inclusively with diverse teams globally.
  • Technical knowledge including project management, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related technologies.
  • Brave, comfortable with ambiguity, open to driving change with strong willingness to learn from experience. Self-motivated and self-sufficient with demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects.
  • Experience translating data and analytics into actionable insights, telling stories and strong business cases that drive decisions and measurable impact.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certifications in HR, training, and teaming content (e.g., DiSC, Emotional intelligence, change management, team effectiveness).
  • Experience managing large projects to completion; creating and managing project plans in a multi-national global organization.
  • Working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local laws/regulations as relates to policies and procedures required to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior.
