Talent Management Manager - TIAA Bank
The Talent Management Manager has a continuous growth mindset and leads the day-to-day development, implementation, and administration of programs that evaluate, measure, enhance, and improve employee performance.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Leads the implementation of all talent, leadership and development processes, policies and procedures which includes but is not limited to: succession planning, learning, talent assessment, leadership development planning, and targeted associate training programs.
- Builds, coaches, and facilitates effective teams through the effective use of tools, team building activities, and development activities.
- Champions the individual development of focused managers, supervisors, and emerging leaders.
- Builds out effective talent and training programs based on business priorities to include programs for early talent, aspiring and current managers, internal mobility, and training.
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management
- Strong PowerPoint and Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience as an Instructional Designer using e-learning authoring tools
- Strong facilitation skills including certifications in multiple training and/or leadership programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in HR
- Bachelor's Degree
Base Pay Range: $107,160/yr. - $178,600/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).

TIAA has entered into a definitive agreement to sell TIAA Bank to new investors with extensive experience in financial services, as part of the company's strategy to refocus on its core retirement business and Nuveen, the company's asset manager. When the transaction is complete, in 2023, TIAA will retain a non-controlling stake in the bank, demonstrating the company's confidence in the bank's future success.
