Cetera is looking for a Talent Management Program Manager to run our employee lifecycle activities including performance management, leadership development, talent reviews etc. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing HR talent programs and facilitating leadership training. This is an exciting role that collaborates with partners across the organization to deliver on our programs.
What you will do:
- Design, implement, and/or scale measurable talent lifecycle, learning and engagement programs
- Create resources, job aids and tool kits for program adoption
- Facilitate formal and informal meetings and/or training sessions
- Partner with the business to assess talent development needs and priorities
- Define, measure, and communicate key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of talent development and lifecycle program efforts and make data-driven decisions
- Travel, as needed, for key program rollouts and events
What you need to have:
- Minimum of 5 year(s) of experience leading talent management, organizational development, learning and development
- 2+ years' experience successfully managing HR programs
- Depth of knowledge and experience driving innovative, end-to-end talent management programs, from strategy to execution, that deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes
- Ability to understand business vision and priorities and translate into programs, practices, processes, and supporting resources
- Strong facilitation skills across size and type of audiences from talent review/calibration sessions to training sessions
- Ability to use MS Excel to manipulate and visualize data (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and leverage to enable informed decision making
What is nice to have:
- Experience in other HR programs a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Travel Requirements: As needed, for key program rollouts and events, periodic up to 10%
Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $115,000 to $145,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
