Talent Management Specialist

**This role can be hybrid if in Minneapolis or remote if in another location**

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Support our global performance process and drive continuous improvements
• Work with our HRIS team to refine performance, succession and other talent related processes within Workday
• Consult with the Talent Manager and People Analytics team to use data to inform decisions within the team and with larger HR and business teams
• Support the development of key business initiatives to help retain our talent
• Facilitate key trainings to promote our high-impact learning culture
• Partner with the larger organizational effectiveness team to envision, design and deploy initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and engagement of our people

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in HR, talent management or other related area
• Self-starter and problem solver in ambiguous situations
• Detail oriented and demonstrated project management skills
• Workday (or other HCM system) experience preferred
• Ability to speak, write and read in an additional language other than English preferred
