Talent Management Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Support our global performance process and drive continuous improvements
- Work with our HRIS team to refine performance, succession and other talent related processes within Workday
- Consult with the Talent Manager and People Analytics team to use data to inform decisions within the team and with larger HR and business teams
- Support the development of key business initiatives to help retain our talent
- Facilitate key trainings to promote our high-impact learning culture
- Partner with the larger organizational effectiveness team to envision, design and deploy initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and engagement of our people
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HR, talent management or other related area
- Self-starter and problem solver in ambiguous situations
- Detail oriented and demonstrated project management skills
- Workday (or other HCM system) experience preferred
- Ability to speak, write and read in an additional language other than English preferred
