Talent Management Specialist
Job Description
- Provide support for talent management processes, including talent review, succession planning, performance management, and assessment
- Support design and implementation of talent and leader development programs
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of development programs and experiences (e.g., external partners, participants)
- Design and own feedback processes for leader development programs, experiences, and initiatives
- Support enterprise-wide HR system design, implementation, and adoption as related to talent development processes
- Support the integration of leadership expectations into talent practices
- Partner and collaborate with IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Action) team to support projects and programs related to DEI learning
- Develop and maintain a database of vendors and resources that can be leveraged for development opportunities
- Provide support for learning systems and delivery
- Support budget management and invoicing for talent development
- Develop and maintain process documents and tools
- Stay current with trends and best practices through research and external communities
- Provide support for other talent management initiatives as needed, including talent acquisition, onboarding or experience related projects
Skills/Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR / talent management experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills; able to build relationships and partner with others
- Skilled at identifying and understanding stakeholder needs
- Able to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures related to Talent Management systems and tools
- Sets challenging goals and works with urgency
- Able to learn from setbacks and remain optimistic in the face of change and ambiguity
- Thrives in an environment that is creative and collaborative
- Motivated to learn and grow; seeks out opportunities for continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Adobe Acrobat, others as identified
- Experience with Workday a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
