About This Job
If you'd like an opportunity where you'll learn about technology that empowers and enables the Human Resources, Management, Finance, and Payroll functions of the business, this is the internship for you. Commerce Bank leverages a state-of-the-art HR Information System & Enterprise Resource Planning system, Workday, to execute business initiatives and strategy. This internship will peel back the curtains and demonstrate how technology plays a critical role in the success of Commerce Bank's Talent Management (HR) Department and business.
Essential Functions
- Work with solution architects, configuration analysts, technical leadership, and human resources partners to brainstorm and solve complex business needs.
- Shadowing functional team members on their current projects and on day-to-day deliverables
- Assist Tech & Strategy team with projects and assignments.
- Participate in meetings with internal & external stakeholders
- Perform data integrity audits
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Ability to form strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
- Enrolled in coursework, seeking a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Resources, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
