About this opportunity
We are seeking a Global Lead of Recruitment Marketing to join our Talent Acquisition team, activating our employer brand strategy and talent attraction efforts across Ericsson's critical hiring markets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent attraction, recruitment marketing as well as digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
What you will do
- Implementing Recruitment Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent and drive candidate engagement. This involves leveraging various marketing channels and tactics, such as organic content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, email campaigns, and events, to reach and attract qualified candidates.
- Managing Recruitment Marketing Channels: Oversees the organisation's presence on various channels, including the careers website, social media platforms (where applicable), job boards, and industry forums. Ensure that these channels are optimised to effectively showcase the employer brand and engage with top talent.
- Crafting Marketing Collateral Suitable for Social Media and Web: Utilizing Ericsson's EVP and EB narratives to develop content such as employee testimonials, videos, blogs, and social media posts that showcase the organization's culture, mission, and opportunities for growth.
- Leading Talent Marketing Activations: In line with Ericsson guidelines on messaging and branding, designing and run social media campaigns to enhance employer brand and improve job application numbers in specific roles. Provide guidance and support to extended Talent Acquisition organisations (including Partners/RPOs) with local activations.
- Utilising Data and Analytics: You will utilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Defining and tracking key metrics such as brand awareness, brand reputation, careers site traffic, candidate engagement, application conversion rates, and cost per hire metrics to evaluate the performance of different channels and optimize recruitment marketing efforts.
You will bring
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, digital marketing, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful employer branding, talent attraction and recruitment marketing strategies in a complex, global organization.
- Strong understanding of employer brand and talent attraction metrics and analytics, with the ability to translate data insights into improved activations.
- Excellent leadership, creative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action, able to balance long-term strategic objectives with short-term execution priorities.
