Job Description

Approximate percentage of time devoted to each major task or group of related tasks:

30% - Talent Ambassador Program Development: Program launch, training new Talent Ambassadors to help scale learning across the enterprise. This includes recurring training and sustainment of program.

30% - Support Organizational Talent Transformation Leadership Development offerings: Enrollment, follow up on completion and tracking of cohort program metrics.

20% - Direct employee coaching (one-on-one): Coaching, guiding, and consulting employees on how to close gaps, set SMART goals, and utilize existing tools to navigate careers. Review feedback and work with line managers as needed.

15% - Instructor Led Workshops & Training (multi-person): Select specific topics focused on relevant soft skills to help wider range of employees grow and develop, for skills they want to improve.

5% - Custom/Innovation Talent Projects as needed

The Talent Navigator is responsible for:

  • Creation, implementation and sustainment of Talent Ambassador Program.
  • Full cycle coordination, maintenance and logistics of 5 program experiences (Employee Transformation Essentials, Leadership Foundations, Leadership Acceleration, Leadership Transformation, Manager Onboarding)
  • Facilitate virtual and in person sessions to support the Leadership Foundations Program for entry-level people leaders and talent enablement programmatic needs
  • Evolve and build out current state evaluation methodology and analytics to better understand impact of current offerings, needs for evolving learning offered and better forecast the needs of future learning/workshops.
  • Support/Coaching employees on leveraging tools and skills to move towards career goals.
  • Educate and train managers, mentors, and sponsors on how to support employee growth and development across organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years in HR /Career Coaching /Talent management role at a global, dynamic company
  • Strong collaborator who builds deep relationships and effectively partners cross-functionally with global stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects and effectively balancing stakeholders
  • Critical thinking skills and continuous improvement mindset
  • Coaching certifications (Korn Ferry Ex. KFLA/360) and has direct experience coaching a plus
  • Familiar with industry trends and best practices regarding employee experience
  • Excellent presentation/verbal and written skills
  • Strong work ethic and a problem-solving orientation
  • Well versed in using MS Teams OR other virtual platforms to facilitate and perform 1:1
