Talent Operations Manager, North America
Job Description
The role of Talent Operations Manager supports our Talent team by building out the processes for our overall Talent function. The role is responsible for maintaining and improving the candidate experience by managing and overseeing talent operations and process.
What you will be doing:- Manage the day-to-day Talent operations.
- Understand, refine and scale processes that enable efficiencies across the Talent team and Talent operations while ensuring compliance.
- Own implementation and administration of systems, tools, and resources; updating for teams and new business as needed.
- Collaborate on New Business implementations and organize large recruiting efforts.
- Drive reporting and analytics, enabling the business/teams to make more informed hiring decisions.
- Prepares regular and ad-hoc Talent Reporting and Management Information.
- Build, implement and maintain programs that help drive success while delivering a human-first candidate experience.
- Create and facilitate training and resources for our Talent Team, hiring managers, and interviewers as our operations evolve and scale.
- Manage a team of Recruiting Coordinators.
- Manage offer letter updates.
- Central point of contact for the ATS.
- Compile quarterly audits of ATS and ensures that our systems are legally compliant.
- Partner with the People Team on ways to improve and support onboarding and the transition of new employees from the Talent team to the People Team.
- Partner with the Head of Resource for internal transfer process and letters.
- Manage ATS, LinkedIn, Background Check, RPO operational relationships.
- Partner with Compliance Officer to report on background check compliance.
- Partner with Talent Operations Manager counterpart on global initiatives.
- Partner with Talent team leads to build out Talent trainings and process management.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent operations space
- Data and reporting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous experience with Greenhouse
- Extensive systems experience with a technical mindset
- Acute attention to detail
- Collaborative style of working
