Description

Do you believe that finding the right people is about more than just filling vacancies? Are you passionate about fostering a culture where everyone, from all walks of life, can thrive and contribute? If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role
As our new Talent Partner, you’ll join on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. Your work will go beyond simply sourcing candidates – you’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring we attract, assess, and select individuals who not only bring the right skills but also share our values and vision.

You’ll lead the entire recruitment journey, from crafting bespoke strategies to delivering a seamless candidate experience. Along the way, you’ll help us grow our diverse talent pool and champion initiatives that promote inclusivity and innovation.

Your Key Contributions:

  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Inclusive Recruitment: Create equitable processes that ensure fair outcomes for all, and actively foster diversity within our organisation.
  • Talent Pipelining: Build and nurture relationships with future talent, staying ahead of industry trends to keep our organisation competitive.
  • Seamless Candidate Experience: Support candidates through every step of the process, from applications to interviews, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead or contribute to impactful projects that elevate our Talent Acquisition practices and positively influence the wider People & Culture team.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:

  • Experienced in recruitment: You’ve managed end-to-end recruitment across a variety of disciplines, crafting effective strategies to find even the most niche skillsets.
  • An exceptional communicator: With high emotional intelligence and curiosity, you know how to ask the right questions and listen with intent.
  • Committed to inclusion: You’re passionate about creating opportunities for people of all backgrounds and ensuring everyone has an equitable chance to succeed.
  • Innovative and solutions-focused: You’re always seeking better ways to work and are unafraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Aligned with our values: You believe that hiring isn’t just about skills – it’s about behaviours and potential too.

Why Join Us?
Here, you’ll be more than just a recruiter – you’ll be a partner, a culture-builder, and a champion for change. You’ll have the freedom to innovate, the support to grow, and the opportunity to make a real difference in how we find and welcome incredible talent into our organisation.

Benefits

Why Join Us?

  • Salary: from ÂŁ55,000
  • Impact: Play a pivotal role in a purpose-driven organisation.
  • Growth: Personal and professional development opportunities.
  • Benefits: Attractive pension (up to 12% employer contributions) and generous annual leave (30 days plus bank holidays).
  • Environment: Modern office in Holborn with the flexibility of remote work.
