Summary
The Talent Partner will provide strategic sourcing efforts for acquiring top level talent for Simplot's job openings. This person will develop effective talent strategies that create value for our stakeholders and a positive experience for our candidates. In this role you will build, engage and manage internal and external pipelines aligned with the business talent strategy as part of our talent management efforts. Talent Partners at this level are supporting all levels (ie. seasonal, hourly, salaried, and salaried non-exempt positions) in our agriculture business lines. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a individual contributor position, but work as part of a team supporting all Simplot business groups and locations. The position manages the full-cycle recruitment process from an intake meeting to new hire onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university (equivalent experience)
Relevant Experience
Recruiting lifecycle management. Market intelligence. Business acumen. Current and forward-looking sourcing and marketing methods.

Position Pay Range: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00. This range is estimated for the Talent Partner in the state of Colorado, USA. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location and experience.
Benefits: Our package of health and welfare benefits, with coverage available to begin on the 1st of the Month following your date of hire, includes Medical and Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurances, 401k, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Manages the full-cycle recruitment process from an intake meeting to an employees first day.
- Collaborate HR and Business Leaders to plan for future workforce; develop internal and external pipeline strategies for business portfolios; execute strategies and maintain pipelines, especially for high volume recruiting.
- Integrate information, insights and trends from Talent and Business Partners to develop more comprehensive approaches to sourcing needed talent.
- Participates in recruitment planning discussions with client facing recruitment peer, business, and HR Partners.
- Effectively manages internal and external candidates and delivers a positive candidate experience.
- Engages, educates, and trains the organization to effectively participate in the talent acquisition process.
- Leverages technology and metrics to deliver talent acquisition objectives.
- Helps create and maintain SOP's related to all recruiting operations.
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university (equivalent experience)
Relevant Experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience is highly preferred
- Experience working with an ATS (SAP SuccessFactors is preferred)
- Experience sourcing passive candidates
- Candidates should have excellent communication, organization and business savvy.
