Our team is fully remote and distributed across the globe. This means you can work from anywhere. Our team operates fully internationally, we come from all over the world, currently in over 30 locations globally and currently speak over 10 different languages. We truly embody an international spirit and are only going to grow our international footprint.
What will you do?
- Manage end to end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing and offers
- Work closely with hiring managers to craft exceptional job descriptions, interview plans and scorecards
- Proactively source candidates through various tools, whilst also managing inbound applications too
- Ensure a fantastic candidate experience at all times
- Conduct initial interviews and screenings with potential candidates to assess suitability
- Guide hiring managers on best in class interviewing and hiring practices
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop our sourcing strategy
What are you great at?
- Comfortable hiring across multiple functions - from Sales to Engineering (and everything in between!), although we will play to your strengths and preferences as much as possible
- Using a variety of tools and techniques to find and engage candidates creatively
- Acting as a true partner to hiring managers
- Being a champion for fantastic candidate experiences
- Data driven decision making and problem solving
- Considering DEI in all stages of the hiring lifecycle
Requirements
You're the sort of person who...
- Has previously helped hyperscale a startup with an extremely high hiring bar
- Has experience in managing end to end hiring in a scaling business
- Is obsessed with great hiring processes, always considering how they can be improved
- Is driven by quality, with a high bar in everything you do
- Loves data, and uses it to inform yourself and others
- Is empathetic, emotionally intelligent, motivated, and passionate
- Is comfortable working with stakeholders of all levels in a global environment
