This role is your opportunity to take the reins of the entire recruitment process for the teams responsible to build our product.Β 

In this role, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across our technical departments (Information Systems and Technologies, R&D, security, etc).
  • Establishing robust partnerships with hiring managers and contributing toΒ  their talent attraction and acquisition strategy.
  • Crafting job descriptions in both English and French for diverse markets (North America and Europe), ensuring fairness, inclusivity, and an impeccable candidate experience.
  • Prospecting, coordinating, interviewing, qualifying candidates, and guiding them through documented stages in our ATS.
  • Participating in relevant events to attract talent, some of which may occur in the evening or on weekends.
  • Engaging in continuous improvement projects, developing talent attraction campaigns, and supporting interviewers and managers with best practices.

For the role, your ideal qualifications include:

  • Experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on customer experience (regarding both hiring teams and candidates).
  • You are enthusiastic by the idea of learning more about generating and managing a candidates pipeline, opportunity generation, qualification processes and the different performance metrics we use in recruitment.
  • A business-minded approach to recruitment.
  • Rigor, empathy, emotional intelligence, consistency, and creativity: finding the right candidates does not happen over night!
  • Boundless curiosity and diligence in research. Your preparation for our interviews will reflect how you'll prepare for your candidates!
