By joining CrossVue you’ll be making a direct impact on our growing Workday practice, regularly taking part in:

  • Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
  • Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
  • Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

As a Talent Programs Lead, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Design and execute comprehensive talent strategies focused on university recruitment, veteran transition programs, and tribal nations partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners including universities, veteran service organizations, tribal education offices, and diversity-focused professional associations

  • Drive success in full-cycle recruiting, managing targeted hiring campaigns for entry-level positions, veteran placement, and tribal nation initiatives

  • Develop and implement innovative programs to attract, develop, and retain talent from focus communities

  • Create and deliver training programs to help hiring managers better understand and support diverse talent needs

  • Orchestrate campus recruitment events, career fairs, and specialized hiring initiatives

  • Pioneer mentorship and onboarding programs tailored to early career professionals, transitioning service members, and tribal nation members

  • Track and analyze program metrics to demonstrate impact and identify areas for improvement

  • Partner with ERGs and D&I teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational inclusion goals

  • Build sustainable pipelines of diverse talent that drive meaningful organizational change

  • Create scalable processes that can be replicated across different business units

  • Elevate CrossVue's reputation as an employer of choice for diverse talent 
     

We're looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in university relations, military recruitment, or diversity hiring initiatives

  • Strong understanding of military transition programs, tribal employment rights, and early career development

  • Experience building and maintaining partnerships with educational institutions, military organizations, and tribal nations

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative talent programs that drive measurable results

  • Deep understanding of diverse candidate needs and experience creating inclusive hiring practices

  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Experience with metrics tracking and program evaluation

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for engaging diverse stakeholder groups

  • Proven track record of building effective cross-functional relationships

  • Relevant certifications in HR, D&I, or military recruiting preferred

  • Experience with ATS systems and social media recruiting platforms

  • Ability to travel up to 25% for recruitment events and partner meetings

  • Eligibility to work within the United States without sponsorship
