Talent Recruiter
Job Description
As a Talent Recruiter you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment while helping global companies scale their teams.Â
The scope of your role's responsibilities include:
- Acting as talent acquisition recruiter to business leaders.
- Assisting in identifying the best candidates to fill open positions.
- Assisting in managing the talent pipeline and executing recruitment strategies to support the company's staffing needs.
- Collaborate in planning and executing talent engagement strategies, initiatives, programs and processes.
Some basic requirements for the position are:
- Advanced English (+90%)Â
- Academic background in Business Management, Psychology or Marketing.
- 0-1Â year desired experience in HR.
- Interest in technology related topics
- Good use of social media
And the main skills that will help you to be successful in this role are:
- Ability to find great people and build relationships with them.
- Candidate assessment, selection and interaction.
- Great communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Resourcefulness and ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
