JD – Talent Sourcer
We are looking to hire a skilled technical sourcer to assist with the sourcing and hiring of candidates for specialized technical positions.
To ensure success as a technical sourcer, you should have detailed knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, excellent communication skills, and good interviewing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-develops and implements an effective sourcing strategy
  • Partnering with Talent Partners to determine position requirements.
  • You will be responsible to source and interact with potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and set up initial interviews.
  • He/she should be able to build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s current & future hiring needs 
  • Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them
  • You may also be required to manage the candidate database and record hiring conversion rates.
  • Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve our overall effectiveness
  • Source & create a network of potential Technical Talent through professional networks and job portals ,
  • Knowledge on how to use candidate sourcing software, and navigating the company’s ATS
  • The persona should aim is to keep optimizing the sourcing strategy and process based on this data


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a technical sourcer, recruitment agent, or related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Experience with online & offline recruiting techniques.
  • Ability to conduct & coordinate interviews.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs and Greenhouse
