As a Talent Coordinator, you will be an integral partner in recruiting amazing talent to our business. Each day you'll be working with the Talent Partner and hiring managers on coordinating interviews, screening candidates, job postings and more. You'll also have the opportunity to assist with projects around employer branding, candidate experience, process improvement, and more.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate complex interview panels, across multiple time zones (currently video interviews)
• Screening and guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a world class experience
• Ensure data in our Applicant Tracking System remains accurate and up-to-date
• Create and distribute recruitment updates
• Participate in recruitment projects if needed

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Prioritizing multiple tasks
• Professional communicator with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Team, Excel, & Powerpoint

• Prior experience in a Recruiting or HR Coordinator position
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Ideally Workable)
