Job Summary
MycoWorks is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Sourcer (Contract) with expertise in manufacturing sourcing, particularly in the areas of supply chain, quality, engineering, R&D, and production roles. The primary focus of this role will be to proactively source and identify top-tier candidates for both exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple geographies. Proficiency with the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required for this position. This role will support multiple Talent Acquisition partners and report to the Director of Talent Acquisition. This a 3 month contract position, with the possibility of extension if the business requires it. This is a hybrid opportunity, based out of our office in Union, SC. Remote work can be considered for exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive and strategic sourcing to identify potential candidates for manufacturing-related positions, including but not limited to supply chain, quality, engineering, R&D and production roles.
- Manage multiple searches supporting several Talent Acquisition team members at any one time.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates through personalized outreach, email campaigns, and other communication methods.
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track candidate interactions, maintain candidate data, and manage the sourcing process efficiently.
- Attend meetings with Talent Acquisition team members when necessary to gain a better understanding of the talent pool, as well as intake calls with hiring managers as needed to better understand objectives and requirements.
- Assist in managing incoming applications, prescreening them for Talent Acquisition partners and maintaining a pipeline of only qualified candidates for each role.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition team members to understand specific hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Prioritize searches based on evolving needs of the business and the state of candidate pipelines for open roles.
- May conduct basic screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for the position.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of various sourcing methods.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing for manufacturing roles, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing for supply chain, quality, production, or related positions within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Greenhouse, and other sourcing tools is required.Â
- Must have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and extensive Boolean knowledge. Experience with generative AI sourcing techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to grasp organizational changes quickly and pivot efforts accordingly.
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality internally and externally.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and attract top talent.
- High level of organizational and time management skills to handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure sourcing metrics effectively.
