Talent Sourcer (Contract)

About The Role:
As a contract Talent Sourcer at Feastables, you will be a vital part of our recruiting team, focusing on building and managing a robust pipeline of candidates. This role demands a proactive individual with a knack for identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Working closely with our recruiters and hiring managers, you will help shape the future of Feastables by sourcing candidates who align with our company values and goals. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage inbound pipelines and applications, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for various roles across the organization
• Build and maintain LinkedIn projects to proactively identify and engage potential candidates
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Craft and support the development of job postings and outreach messages
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

Recipe For Success:

• 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role, preferably within a fast-paced CPG environment
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to sourcing challenges
• Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in talent acquisition
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse 
• A passion for identifying and attracting top talent, with a keen eye for spotting potential
• Understanding of the creator/social media space
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly and efficiently
