Talent Sourcer, Technical Roles (6-month Contract)

Relay is the all-in-one, collaborative money management platform. We’re building for employer SMBs and their finance function, internal and external, and are focused on delivering a human-centric customer experience. Ultimately, we help SMBs be ‘on the money'.

Our team is in need of a little extra help for the back half of 2024!

We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer, with a passion for finding amazing software developer talent, who can join us on a 6 month contract to help us finish out the year strong. This is a high volume sourcing position, so you've got to be ready to hit the ground running with research, reach outs, and constantly trying to optimize your positive response rates.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partnering closely with Engineering Recruiters to help keep their calendars filled with conversations with top-notch software engineers. You'll also need to continue to calibrate on the talent you're sourcing, to ensure we're staying tight through the process
• Conducting market research and exploring out-of-the-box/creative avenues for finding top engineering talent
• Reaching out to a steady stream of candidates every day. This means you'll have multiple opportunities to A/B test different reach out messages & strategies, in service of optimizing your positive response rate
• Supporting Engineering Recruiters by also owning the inbound funnel of applicants, and finding a way to source and increase referrals from our current employees
• Communicating with candidates quickly and booking them in for screening calls with our recruiters
• Experimenting with new ideas, trends, or processes when the data indicates it might be time for a change
• Moving at a fast pace in a high growth environment and identifying people who would thrive in this setting
• Advocating for Relay, sharing our employer brand out in the market, attracting exceptional talent and building a compelling culture

Who You Are:

• You have 3-5 years of technical sourcing experience in a fast-paced tech environment and are open to a 6-month, full time, contract opportunity
• You are resilient and persistent -- you're not afraid to hear "no thank you"
• You have a flair for creative writing -- you know how to craft an outstanding outreach message and sell candidates on an exciting opportunity
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and consider yourself adaptable -- we are growing fast and with this comes constant change, even mid-search

The expected compensation for this position is $45-50 per hour.
