Primary Function
The Talent Sourcer will support the Department of State, Worldwide Protective Services (WPS) Recruiting Team . Position reports to the (WPS) Recruiting Manager.
The Talent Sourcer will work with the recruiting team to generate leads, identify new candidates, and provide administrative support to the overall (WPS) recruiting process.
**This is a fully remote position**
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which Acuity International is recognized. Responsibilities
- Search for talent using a variety of techniques and technologies including social media, networking events.
- Support the creation of sourcing strategies for assigned roles, identify, and assess potential candidates and supply a steady pipeline of diverse talent for key roles.
- Advertise positions through local mediums to include job boards, social media, and relevant professional associations.
- Review qualified candidates in ATS and move forward to Recruiter Screen.
- Provide administrative support for the recruitment process.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with tracking applicants and candidates.
- Perform a variety of other tasks, as necessary, to support the talent acquisition process.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Excellent organization, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Workday preferred but not required
- Previous WPS or HITS/CAS experience preferred but not required
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Strong initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment
- Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time
- Good eye/hand coordination required
