The ImpactWe are looking for an experienced and versatile Sourcer to represent Array's values to the talent market and source top talent through multiple channels. You will work with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements of the roles and into which pipelines we're hiring. You will monitor talent trends in the competitive landscape and collect and analyze data to help make important decisions in headcount plans. This is a unique opportunity to help build our sourcing processes from scratch, and get immersed in all teams at a startup with unicorn status! You will report to the Recruiting Manager.
What You'll Do- Partner with the People team and business leadership to create strategic pipelines for niche and challenging roles across all teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, G&A), by educating and influencing on the philosophy, approach and best practices of candidate discovery
- Partner with the hiring managers and the talent team on intake calls to advise, guide, and influence the hiring process
- Help build and improve foundational sourcing systems with scale in mind, including a sourcing library, CRM, sourcing automation tools, and nurture campaigns
- Use creative sourcing methods and tools to find top passive candidates in competing and similar markets, while prioritizing DEI programs
- Conduct initial screens with passive candidates, create enthusiasm for the role and Array, while qualifying candidates based on important criteria for the position
- Be an ambassador for Array, participate in projects around; internal/external messaging e.g., a/b testing, careers page, social media, cold outreach, and candidate communication
- You have 2+ years of sourcing/talent research experience (outbound sourcing and screening passive candidates), in-house or agency
- A track record of successfully identifying exceptional candidates at all levels, for roles including; Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, G&A.
- Experience in sourcing for candidates through multiple platforms (web, social/professional networks, nice job boards, events)
- Ability to adapt to an environment with changing business priorities
- Experienced researcher with the ability to influence using data
- Experience working with a variety of sourcing/recruiting tools including: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse or similar ATS, GSuite, Slack
