Interclypse is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to expand our team with highly qualified and fully cleared IT (Information Technology) professionals. Interclypse is a steadily growing technology company that has served the state and US governments for 15 years. Talent Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities

• proactively source on a daily basis, and conduct candidate pre-screen calls
• Maintains a flexible schedule that includes efforts outside of regular business hours
• Maintains contact with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process to keep them engaged and updated on their progress
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and their requirements
• Schedules interviews with hiring managers and oversees the interview process
• Assists with various recruiting projects as assigned
• Adheres to and supports organizational and departmental policies and procedures

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive and independent with the ability to prioritize workload
• Familiarity with applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
• Ability to identify and source candidates outside of job boards using Boolean searches
• Experience using creative sourcing methods including internet sourcing techniques, X-Ray searching, referral management, and cold calling techniques
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• A Thorough understanding of recruiting strategies and methods to find new candidates
• Ability to successfully meet tight deadlines and adjust to changing environments
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruiting

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of recruiting experience in the technology industry and intelligence community.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to travel for recruiting events and career fairs
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods at recruiting events and career fairs
