What does it mean to be the Recruiting Operations Specialist?

• You will join as a crucial member of our Hiring team serving as the expert in all recruiting systems tools and procedures while providing essential training and support during onboarding.

• Maintain accurate and updated internal hiring data within our systems playing a pivotal role in ensuring data precision.

• Lead improvements in our ATS Greenhouse while optimizing recruiting workflows to enhance efficiency.

• Manage internal projects to strengthen our data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

• Proactively spot and resolve discrepancies in hiring plans requisitions interview plans job descriptions and offer details to uphold data accuracy and operational excellence.

• Collaborate with the Finance and People teams to optimize recruiting processes using available systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations within a fast-growing company.

• Proficiency in Greenhouse as a Site Admin skilled in user permissions approvals and generating custom reports using internal TA tools.

• Proficient in Gsuite:  pivot tables data validation conditional statements and formatting.

• Strong familiarity in writing SQL queries.

• In-depth knowledge of Recruiting Pipelines Funnels and Conversion metrics.

• Proven expertise in project management capable of analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for enhancement.

Working Times : US (EDT or PDT)

Compensation & Benefits

Up to $16000 DOE - per annum.
