What You Will Do:
- Introducing best talents to Delve by passive candidates sourcing in international markets - you should like hunting and be excited about conducting continuous search on many target groups (roles from various business branches: digital consulting, digital marketing, media agency, Data Science, Data Engineer roles). We will teach you how to analyze your effects so your searches will become better and better.
- Building and maintaining our candidate talent pools.
- Preliminary HR screening calls to select culture and role match candidates.
Also, overtime:
- Full Recruitment Cycle - You will have the opportunity to become the Recruiter or HRBP or other role that might be interesting for you in our growing intrenational People Operations department.
- Project Management - You will be trained to project manage the activities and tasks in-between candidate searches.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree (e.g., psychology, sociology, human studies, business, economy, etc.).
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Sourcer (digital marketing or consulting firm environment a plus).
- Track record in demanding searches (at least 2 years of experience, preferably in head hunting agency).
- Ability to translate our unique Culture to passive candidates so they would love to be a part of Delve.
- Knowledge of how to search (Boolean, Google Custom Search) or tools like AmazinHiring and in general AI in candidate search and Proficiency in LinkedIn.
- Ability to solve problems with ambiguous and incomplete information.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Professional demeanor.
- Positive can-do attitude.

Salary range for this position is $55 000 to $75 000 plus a bonus potential and is based on prior experience and qualifications.
