Join our dynamic North America Talent Practice team as a Talent Specialist and take a key role in advancing the North America People Strategy with a focus on Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. What you will do:
As a Talent Specialist , you will be given the opportunity to play a meaningful role in continuously improving our workplace. Your mission will be to enhance stakeholder alignment, improve automation and standardization, and strengthen operational efficiency throughout the D&I and ERG ecosystem.
Employee Resource Group (ERG) Support:
- Maintain and continually enhance the ERG Portal/PowerApp and calendar for a seamless user experience
- Update and continually improve the ERG playbook to support and guide ERG leads, ensuring yearly acknowledgement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and update the ERG resource library
- Facilitate onboarding for new ERG leads, including updating distribution lists, ensuring ERG playbook acknowledgment, providing co-chair transition checklists, and partner to set clear expectations on ways of working
- Project manage the annual ERG Leader Summit
- Oversee tracking and adherence to approved ERG budgets
- Support orchestration of ERG Signature Events and programming with our external partners
- Prepare Annual ERG Impact Report
- Collect feedback on resources and processes available to support ERG leads and address any identified gaps
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Support D&I Head with budget adherence for D&I sponsorships, donations, and contributions
- Collaborate to support the D&I Communications Plan, including internal and external content development, and maintenance of internal D&I website and internal/external blog
- Support the development and lead the execution of D&I Awareness Month and additional D&I events, as necessary, including content and programming development and collaboration with the Global D&I Office to ensure alignment of events and activities
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Sociology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Proactive self-starter who is able to work independently
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Power Point

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. You must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship now or in the future.
