Talent Strategy Execution Manager- Remote Eligible Summary:

TheTalent Strategy Execution Manager will work with the talent team, internalstakeholders, and external partners to ensure the talent strategy is executableacross the firm, while driving the talent organization's change managementstrategies. The role will provide guidance, risk mitigation, and consistentcommunication throughout various change management processes, whilecollaborating cross-functionally to ensure adequate training and resources are availableto enable implementation activities.

EssentialDuties:

  • Collaboratewith Talent Strategy Execution Leader and Talent leadership team to define,drive, and iterate change management and useradoption strategies for transformationaland strategic initiatives that enable team members to execute the talent organization's strategy, in alignmentwith the firm's overarching Vision 100 strategy.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate technical and functional understanding of changes for business leaders.
  • Drive recruitment and engagement of change champions.
  • Proactively solicit, document, and respond to feedback from individual stakeholders and groups.
  • Evaluate stakeholder and organizational change readiness, change impacts, and solutions for overcoming barriers to change.
  • Implement change management strategies and tactics that ensure stakeholders are aware, knowledgeable, prepared, and motivated for the changes.
  • Facilitate the adoption and sustainability of change (50%).
  • Ensuretalent organization, LOB and enterprise initiatives are aligned and prioritizedto support the execution of the talent strategy.
  • Ensure groups and processeshave the proper structures and support systems in place to execute thestrategy.
  • Maintain awareness of current business trends, technologies,challenges, opportunities, and processes that have significant impact on Talentprograms.
  • Coordinate with other teams across Talent and the firm to understand strategyexecution implications for other programs, projects, or processes or whensubject matter expertise is required. (20%)
  • Actively collaborates and ensuresalignment with internal communications and marketing team to ensure talent andfirm strategies are being communicated consistently and effectively. (15%)
  • Facilitate the adoption and sustainabilityof change by monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change managementand deployment efforts; setting realistic targets, tracking results, and creatingplans to improve strategies and programs.
  • Design reinforcement tools and processesto sustain the change effort post-implementation. Develop appropriate metricsand insights to inform stakeholders of progress. (10%)
  • Other duties as assigned (5%).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in business or related fieldrequired. Graduate degree in relatedfield preferred.
  • TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS.
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with business leaders and provide communication, deployment, and change management support.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting or leading change management, strategic execution, or relevant experience required.
  • Professional services firm experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in influencing and engaging stakeholders, building collaborative relationships while managing conflicting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, seek and implement change to drive business improvement.
  • Strong communication skills; clearly conveys information through a variety of media (written verbal, email, etc.). Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and share techniques for complex problems.
