We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Talent Support Analyst. You will work with the P&C Talent Support Team to onboard, rescreen and offboard talent. You will work with employees and contractors throughout the District, both onsite and remote. The role includes exchanging and processing of sensitive information. You will report to the Manager, Talent Support.
Work location: This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days in the Saint Louis office each week.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to onboard new hires.
  • Communicate with new hires on details about our organization and the onboarding process, including all initial screening tasks and requirements.
  • Facilitate the completion of all aspects of the background screening processes as required by the Bank to ensure that individuals are a credible fit for the role in which they intend to work.
  • Provide excellent customer service for individuals being onboarded.
  • Follow process and procedure documentation to ensure compliance with Service level agreements, requirements, guidelines, etc.
  • Prepare and process information in an accurate, reliable, and timely manner.
  • Perform effective and efficient data entry and recordkeeping functions to support departmental operations.
  • Provide assistance and support to individuals and managers during the screening process.
  • Develop and coordinate communications and reports to other teams such as New Hire reports, Legal reports, checklists, etc.
  • Work with Suitability Reviewers to resolve and escalate discrepancies as appropriate. Conduct follow-up with individuals as necessary.
  • Perform quality monitoring reviews of process documents for accuracy and timelines.
  • Ensure confidentiality of information; identify and communicate any risks.
  • Update process documentation and manual as necessary.
  • Provide support to the team, including reviewing peer documentation, tracking progress, identifying risks and issues, responding to questions, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field of study.
  • 3+ years of work experience and capability in personnel screening, onboarding, or a similar role.
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize effectively, problem solve and to work several tasks concurrently while paying close attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software and task management solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized while following established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members.

Salary: $62,000-65,000
