Hours: 40 per week
Compensation: $23/HR
What You'll Do:
- Shadow HRBP team to understand how to best support various teams based on their priorities and talent needs
- Support with special projects and research within the team
- Analyze employee engagement results to present to leaders
- Learn to navigate the HRIS system, UKG Pro
- Communicate with employees regarding policies, programs and benefits
- Assist Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team as a learning opportunity across the talent team
What You'll Need:
- Interest and/or experience in customer service and human resources
- Excellent organizational skills
- Clear and empathetic communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
