About the Job:
As a Talent Strategist, you are passionate for all things people, with a keen focus on talent strategy through times of change. You come to the role with experience building and managing various aspects of the talent lifecycle in a human centric way, without losing sight of the needs of the business. You will have a forward-thinking approach to Talent, staying aware, and often leading the conversation in the Talent space. Most importantly, you will come to the role with a collaborative approach to problem solving and demonstrated ability to build successful talent practices as well as our talent consulting team.
What You'll Get to Do:

• Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
• Ideate on creative solutions for various client needs
• Analyze situations and implement solutions, or develop new system elements, procedures or processes
• Leverage new problem-solving techniques to build insightful new strategies and facilitate meaningful talent transformation practices
• Deliver world class talent strategies to top tier financial institutions

What You'll Bring with You:

• A collaborative team member who can lead a team to a creative solution as well as autonomously deliver results
• An entrepreneurial spirit who shows ownership for new ideas in a variety of business challenges
• Deep understanding of Employee Experience, Talent Management, and Learning and Development practices, including competency frameworks, informing performance management processes, facilitation of workshops and trainings.
• Interest in helping organizations define the future of work through human centric, culture driven approaches
• A healthy dose of empathy for the employee at various stages of their lifecycle
• Familiarity with problem solving frameworks and current Talent trends, while understanding that there's no "cookie cutter" approach to employee experience
• You are intellectually curious with an intrinsic motivation for continual growth and development (both for yourself and others)
• Financial services / consulting experience, Design thinking familiarity, a plus
