TAP Senior Consultant - Development

As a No-Code Developer, you will translate business need into functional digital solutions via TAP. You will play a key role in breaking down barriers to technology creation/adoptions by streamlining and automating processes that create greater transparency, enhance efficiency, enable self-services and facilitate managing trends and risk. Your primary responsibility will involve [designing] developing and implementing solutions that automate tasks and processes for our clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Design, develop and maintain TAP workflows with integrations to other systems (ex. TeamConnect, Salesforce, CLMs) which optimize business processes

· Build workflows in accordance with client’s scope and specifications while offering best- practice guidance and recommendations

· Collaborating with cross-functional client teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

· Strong communications skills and well versed in problem solving and process optimization

· Ability to demonstrate sample workflow use-cases in sales cycle

· Lead client workshops to identify workflow challenges, protype/test solution and work on implementations

· Internal cross-functional collaboration with Support, Product, Engineering and Sales organizations

· Troubleshoot and resolve any issued related to automated processes

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a No-Code Developer, with proficiency in tools like TAP, Checkbox and Power Automate 

· Strong understanding of process improvement, process mapping automation principles and best practices.

· A keen eye for design and user experience.

· Experience with optimizing and automating processes in legal is highly desirable.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with remote teams.

· Strong verbal communication, networking and relationship building skills required to achieve new business goals. Ability to converse with prospects at all levels, including the executive level.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment to prospect and develop new business.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.
