KBR is seeking highly motivated Blue/Gold Deployer to support our Government customer's challenging operational requirements in the Washington Metropolitan Area. An active TS/SCI with a full-scope polygraph (FSP) is required.

Participates in the identification, analysis, evaluation and monitoring of foreign and domestic systems, instrumentation, methods, procedures, and processes. Performs all-source scientific and technical intelligence analysis to determine characteristics of various systems and functions of instrumentation. Reports changes, trends and implications regarding design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Solves complex information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Prepares briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results. Incumbents' skills may be called upon as a result of military threats as well as non-governmental terrorist threats. May provide work leadership for lower-level employees. BS / BA Degree and 7 years of directly related experience. In lieu of formal education 15 years of related experience. Specific contract requirement will prevail.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Must possess the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance and full-scope polygraph (FSP) at the time of application
• Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools
• Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
• Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest
• Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group
• Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives

Desired Qualifications:

• Customer certification as a Desk Officer or Staff Operations Officer
• Foreign field experience from at least one overseas tour or extensive overseas TDY experience
• Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
• Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases
• Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
