About the Role We are seeking a talentedTaskforce Executive Chefto join our hospitality network in Chicago, IL, Market. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for a chef who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at stepping into diverse kitchens to stabilize operations, elevate culinary standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities • Lead and manage kitchen operations during interim or transitional periods. • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and cost control. • Train, mentor, and develop culinary staff to maintain high performance. • Collaborate with property leadership to maintain brand standards and service excellence. • Drive innovation while upholding established menus and food safety regulations. • Provide operational assessments and make recommendations for long-term success. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurants. • Proven ability to adapt quickly and lead diverse teams. • Strong financial acumen with expertise in food cost and labor management. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Availability for flexible assignments and potential travel if needed.
