This position will be based in our HQ located in Ashburn, VA on a Hybrid/Remote schedule

Responsibilities:

• Learn and support Xacta Suite with intent provide range of Xacta Customer Accounts and users
• Act as focal point and liaison to internal teams for Xacta Solutions and Services led customer accounts
• Manage and maintain the configuration and documentation of the Xacta offerings
• Collect requirements, Develop and maintain customer workflows and templates for use in the Xacta software suite and services.
• Create and deliver training materials to support Xacta SaaS users.
• Assess current configuration against Industry best practices and validate or enhance as needed.
• Enhance pre-existing content and create new content solutions.
• Deep dive into existing functionality and create guides on processes.
• Support existing customers (both internal and external) with issue regression testing and solutioning
• Perform demonstrations of product suite and provide recommendations for solutions and enhancements.
• Assist Project Managers with product delivery statistics, account status and potential growth opportunities

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors' degree and 0 - 2 professional training or work experience supporting customers/clients.
• Experience creating and delivering training materials
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required.
• excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience customer service with a proven professional attitude
• Proven ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and nom-technical audiences.
• Ability to pivot, and quickly respond and prioritize requirements and assignments.
