Task Order Lead (Senior-Level or higher\npreferred)
Job Description
Experience leading an Agile software development team is required but experience as a
software engineer is optional
MANDATORY SKILLS: Required skills include experience with:
Leading an Agile/Scrum software development team
Acting as liaison between customers and the development team, to include triaging
incoming requirements and requests for support and managing customer expectations
Conducting standup, sprint review, and sprint planning meetings according to Agile
processes
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Authoring and publishing technical documentation (release notes, etc.) using
Confluence
Maintaining a product backlog and tracking work using Jira
Authoring monthly/quarterly/annual status reports
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required for this position
OPTIONAL SKILLS: Desired skills include experience with:
Familiarity with software development using Unix/Linux, Java or Java Spring
frameworks, RESTful Web services (Spring/SpringBoot), and/or Cloud-based streaming
analytic environments (Heron, Flink)
eVo and UWE environments
Agency reporting and dissemination policies
Agency compliance, streaming, and analytic platforms
Running automated integration tests and reports
