Taskforce Chef, Sous, & Kitchen Managers

We are looking in the Chicago area, for Chefs with union experience. We are actively seeking experienced professionals for task force travel positions, including a current opening in a remote area of Wisconsin. Key Requirements * Willingness to travel to remote areas (30–180 day assignments) * Ability to live on-site at the hotel * Flexible availability, including weekends/holidays * Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer * All travel and lodging covered * Weekly pay (W2 employment) Available Roles Executive Chef Lead kitchen operations, mentor staff, design menus, manage inventory, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective service. Requirements:2+ years culinary education, 5+ years experience, strong leadership and BOH management skills. Sous Chef Support the Executive Chef in daily operations, train staff, assist with menu planning, and ensure kitchen efficiency. Requirements:Culinary degree preferred, 2+ years experience, excellent communication and cooking skills. Kitchen Manager / BOH Manager Oversee back-of-house operations, staff scheduling, hygiene standards, inventory management, and customer service.
