Tax Analyst

Enova’s hybrid work model allows employees to work in the office T, W, and TH with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday. 

About the role:

Enova is currently searching for a key member of the tax team, someone to help ensure our tax compliance, while seeking out sales and use tax refund opportunities. Under the guidance of the Tax Director, The Tax Analyst will have the opportunity to positively impact Enova’s bottom line by ensuring that Enova pays the right amount of tax, and to the correct taxing jurisdictions. The Tax Analyst will also support our expansion into other taxing jurisdictions. Perhaps you are looking for an entry role into the tax world? What you'll be doing:

• Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns, along with other compliance filings
• Submit payment requests to Accounts Payable for processing
• Assist in retrieving sales tax refunds from vendors and/or state agencies
• Prepare responses to correspondence received from taxing jurisdictions
• Develop guidelines to be utilized by the accounts payable department to accrue for sales/use tax
• Update and maintain the tax calendar
• File annual Form 1099Cs and provide customer reprints on an as-needed basis

• Experience with sales and use tax returns a plus
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED
• Desire to improve processes and find value added solutions
