We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive individual to join our team. We desire a highly motivated and results-oriented individual. Qualified applicants must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, understand the team’s goals and effectively prioritize their efforts.

Responsibilities

* Assist in computation and preparation of quarterly federal and state tax estimated payments and annual extensions

* Assist on various tax projects as needed

* Assist with monthly sales tax returns filing 

* Review tax payments weekly

* Assists with quarterly unemployment returns filings 

* Develop an understanding of state and local tax regulations and accounting pronouncements

Ability to accurately perform detailed work.

Comfortable speaking with government officials and sending professional letters to authorities.
Ability to read and comprehend tax instructions.
